Sold Nearby terms of use

Sold Nearby is the home search at butlerrealestate.ca/soldnearby (soldnearby.ca leads there too). It is operated by Kris Butler, Salesperson, of M1 Real Estate Brokerage Ltd. (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

Creating an account establishes a lawful consumer relationship between you and M1 Real Estate Brokerage Ltd. so that we can provide real estate brokerage services to you online, such as access to sold prices, listing history and estimates. It doesn’t create a buyer or seller representation agreement, and it costs nothing. One account per person; please don’t share your sign-in.

How you may use the information

You confirm that you have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate of the type shown on this site. Listing and sold information is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, scrape or download it in bulk, or put it into any other website, database or artificial intelligence system.

Accuracy

Information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by PropTx or by us. Estimates are automated calculations from recent sales. They are not appraisals or opinions of value by a REALTOR®, and they shouldn’t be relied on alone for any decision. Check anything important with the listing brokerage.

Who owns the data

Listing and sold information is owned by PropTx Innovations Inc., the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and its member associations, and is licensed to us. The trademarks MLS®, Multiple Listing Service® and the associated logos are owned by The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identify the quality of services provided by real estate professionals who are members of CREA.

Compliance checks and records

You agree that PropTx and other MLS® System participants may access this site to check that it follows MLS® System rules, and that we keep a record of the sold information your account views, which we may share with PropTx if it investigates a security problem or a rule breach.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example by scraping.
