The good homes in Fergus and Elora often have offers within days. Most buyers find out from a portal that updates when it feels like it, or from an agent who sends listings when they get a minute. I wanted something that just sends you what’s new, every morning, without you having to ask.
The sold prices are the other half. Ontario’s MLS® rules only let a brokerage show them to people with an account, which is why Realtor.ca can’t. With an account you see them, so you’re not guessing what a home is actually worth.
